1. Y Global Music is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivering of the goods. In the case of missing the purchased products, we kindly request an unboxing video within 5 days after the delivery has been completed, based on the tracking number. Please provide the entire process of the unboxing video, starting from the unboxing until the end of the missing products. Also, we are not liable for damage caused by the album's manufacturer such as scratches,folds, untidy corners of the photocard or missing something inside the sealed album.
2. Duties and taxes are NOT included in the price. (Except for Thailand)
3. Fill in the shipping information incorrectly or absence of the recipient may result in package return. There will be no compensation for this case. If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the purchaser has to be responsible for the additional delivery fee.
4. Please note that in case of purchasing more than 2 orders by using the same shipping address, the orders will be shipped together (combined shipping).
